We tried out Azer for a Histology product and realized they didn’t let us know when we paid too much. We requested a refund for the extra amount, but they didn’t do the decent thing and give us back the difference. Plus, their customer service wasn’t very welcoming. I wouldn’t suggest them.

The problem with the overflowing water reservoir was due to a backup of tissue remnants that clogged the outflow tube. Once she figured it out, Alicia got to work flushing and clearing the mess.
